In our service-focused organization, our Training & Development Coordinator will assist in the execution of training and development for all team members. This team member will conduct basic and administrative level training sessions for small groups of new hires. The Training & Development Coordinator is expected to protect information with the highest security practices ensuring that all team members’ information is secured and kept confidential. This team member must contribute to efficient Credit Union operations by performing duties accurately and in a timely manner.

In our service-focused organization, our Financial Literacy Advocate is a dynamic leadership role responsible for building and strengthening relationships with schools, community organizations, and other local stakeholders to deliver impactful financial education programs for youth and adults. This team member will promote financial literacy within our field of service while enhancing the credit union’s visibility and reputation. The Financial Literacy Advocate will also serve as a partner and back up for business development activities led by the Vice President of Business Development. The Financial Literacy Advocate will be a key player in promoting the credit union’s visibility, engagement, and value proposition in our field of service.

In our service-focused organization, our Security Administrator works closely with the other members of the IT team to develop, implement and analyze a comprehensive information security program, this includes defining security policies, processes, and standards. This team member researches, evaluates, and recommends systems and procedures for the prevention, detection, containment, and correction of data security breaches. The Security Administrator works with the IT team to select and deploy technical controls to meet specific security requirements and define processes and standards to ensure that security configurations are maintained.
