Text Fraud Alerts

 

Keeping your account safe and secure is our highest priority. When suspicious activity is detected on your EFCU Financial debit card or your EFCU Financial credit card, we will notify you with a text message fraud alert. If you receive a fraud alert, you will have the option to confirm or deny that an activity is fraudulent. You will also be given the option to call a toll free number for further assistance.

Text message alerts from: 37268

A sample text notification of a possible fraudulent transaction:

"FreeMSG EFCU Financial Fraud Center 8772538964 $125.45 on card 1234 at Macy's. If valid reply YES, fraud NO. To Opt Out, STOP".
